ULI’s Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs) provide cities, public agencies, nonprofits, and universities with strategic advice around complex land use and real estate development issues. In keeping with the ULI mission, TAPs convene ULI members who volunteer their time to aid public agencies and non-profit organizations that have requested expert insight to address their land use challenges.

The El Paso TAP will focus on helping the City build on its current housing efforts to support multifamily and adaptive reuse projects, primarily in the urban core.
